Sorry to hear about your heartache.... I am sure it will get better over time. I do remember watching the "O" show regarding children and divorce and I found it very interesting, because most of us believe that we should leave the kids in the dark about what's going on which is absolutly not true...

Just be a true and quality dad. Be there for your kids. Don't get lost in life, make them your life. All the rest will iron itself out. The only real regret you will have is to wake up to find out you were not there for them, not just when they needed you but when they didn't need you too.

I don't have any experience here, but I will pray a Rosary for you and Your Children and your wife. I will pray that their best interest will always be served by you both during the divorce proceedings and there to follow. Be present with your children and your wife as this proceeds, and possibly Bow to her before you interact, so as to see her in her best light. By seeing the divine in her, and that God is indeed present in this divorce, you will put forth an effort that will honor the love and the marriage that you did share, and the love that was present in the creation of your children.

He is no doubt with you all.
